Family HQ is a private family management app that helps your household stay organised.
Plan meals, schedule activities, manage chores & rewards, track health goals, keep
shared to-do lists, and chat together — all in one place.
When you register you can either create a new family or
join an existing one using an invitation code. The family owner or
co-owner can find the invitation code on the Family Home page.
Head to Meals from the navigation bar. You can add meals for any
date, include a description and an optional source link (e.g. a recipe URL).
Upcoming meals also appear on the Dashboard and the Calendar.
Parents (owners / co-owners) can create chores and assign point
values. When a family member completes a chore, points are added to their balance.
Points can then be redeemed for rewards that parents set up.
There's also a behaviour tracker and an achievements system.
The Health dashboard lets you log daily values for categories like exercise, water
intake, sleep, mood, weight, and more. You can customise categories, set daily goals,
and view your progress over time from Health > Settings.
You can create personal lists or family-shared lists. Items can have priorities, due
dates, and can be assigned to specific family members. Items with due dates
automatically show up on the Calendar.
The Calendar combines meals, activities, and
to-do items with due dates into a single month view so the whole
family can see what's coming up at a glance.
